I experienced my first soundbath with Rikki this week. I'm not new to soundbaths but I immediately felt comfortable and knew he'd created a safe space. I loved that it was just the bowls and the experience just seemed to fly in. I felt great afterwards and had the best nights sleep and woke up feeling great the next morning and had a very productive day. Infact the feelings and frequency's, I feel, are still vibrating through me.
